WHAT ARE THE DOSAGE GUIDELINES?

For the average individual, 1/2 dropper is typically an ideal amount, but many people prefer less or more depending on personal tolerance or effects desired. Where you should start depends on your experience with edibles/sublinguals. If you don’t know your ideal dose, start with 2 drops (NOT DROPPERS!) under your tongue and hold for 90 seconds before swallowing. Wait 60 minutes for the full effects to kick in before consuming more. If more is appropriate for you, go for it! Ingesting will slow down onset time compared to sublingual dosing. Maintain a 60 minute wait time between doses. You can keep doing this to dial in your best dose. This will allow you to tailor your dose and experience different levels of intensity.
